Robert has resided in the Santa Clarita Valley for over 30 years after moving from the San Fernando Valley where he was born and raised. Robert opened Downing Tax & Financial Service for business on November 23, 1983 and has provided high quality reasonably priced service to the valley since that time. Although Downing Tax & Financial has grown and changed over the years, the one that that has not changed is their commitment to quality services!
